to purchase

Complete
the Order Form, providing the names and (if possible) email addresses
of all students. |

Send
Cardinus the Order Form together with the course fees.
Note: VAT must be added at the standard rate (currently 17.5%). If
you prefer, you may fax the Order Form to 01342 328793. In both cases,
an invoice will be sent by return and payment must be made in full
before the booking will be accepted. |

We
will send out the learning packs (one per student) and the course
mentor will contact the students to co-ordinate their learning. |
| 4. |
Throughout
the course, students will be contacted regularly to check progress,
answer questions and remind students of the examination dates. Students
will be expected to complete the written project prior to sitting
the examination.

Contact an assessment centre to arrange to sit the final examination. A list of assessment centres is provided in each learning pack.
The assessment takes approximately 1 hour. The assessment fee is included in the cost of Interactive Managing Safely so there is nothing extra to pay.
