Cardinus’ first User Group Meeting
Over 100 people attended Cardinus’ first Annual User Group Meeting at Horam House in April. According to feedback received from customers, the day was a huge success.

The day included presentations on Defensive Driving from RAC Risk Management, safety legislation and the links between stress and MSDs.

Behind the scenes: Technical Support & Customer Services
With a over a million active users to look after, you would imagine that our Technical Support & Customer Services teams would be fairly busy. But ‘reactive’ support is now only a small part of the eight strong teams’ daily work. As Technical Support Manager Barbara Snape points out, the role of the team has changed considerably over the eight years she has been with Cardinus. “Less of our time is spent sorting out issues because there are very few technical issues these days,” she says. “Most of our time is now spent setting up new customers and modifying existing customers’ systems to meet their ever changing requirements.”

Led by Abi Deavin, Cardinus’ Customer Services team helps clients get the most out of their software. “We provide training, project management and are dedicated to understanding customers’ ongoing requirements,” she says. “Many of our services, such as system reviews, are completely free of charge to customers.”

Vesta is one of our developers who works primarily on the creation of e-learning content. She recently got married to Saman (he's the one on the right). Everyone at Cardinus wishes them every future happiness together.
