Andy is CEO of THB UK, the fleet insurance and risk management division of THB Group plc.

Prior to joining THB, Andy headed up the Risk Management operation within Travellers Insurance in the UK.

Andy has over 20 years of risk management and insurance experience including roles at Royal Sun Alliance, Lombard Elizabethan and Independent Insurance.

James was formerly MD of South Coast based Williamson Moore Insurance Brokers and was instrumental in the sale of the business to Oval Group in 2007. He was previously founder Chairman of Euclidian plc and has over 25 years of London Market experience.

He was the owner of Property Risk Management until it’s merger with Cardinus in November 2009. James is also a Director of THB UK Ltd.

Jon has over 15 years experience of ergonomics, safety and occupational health. Over that period he has worked with a wide variety of organisations in the private and public sector providing a full range of risk management solutions including software, e-learning and consultancy.

Jon was instrumental in setting up Cardinus operations in America and Holland and is currently responsible for the sales and marketing strategy for Cardinus Risk Management Limited.

Marcus was the Managing Director of Active Risk Management, part of the THB Group, before it's merger with Cardinus in November 2009.

Marcus has over 15 years driver training and fleet risk management experience including roles managing the National Driver Improvement Scheme in West and South Yorkshire where he also served on the Association of National Driver Improvement Service Providers committee and as a Business Development Manager for Driving Services.

During the past eight years working for Active Risk Management, Marcus has been instrumental in establishing partnerships with many insurers, brokers and vehicle leasing companies, which, has led to the creation of a fully white-labelled fleet risk management solution for some.

Barbara manages all aspects of the IT operation within Cardinus Risk Management. She has worked with Cardinus for over ten years within the Support and Development teams.
