Green Fleet Reviews

Cardinus recognise the need for companies to ensure that their vehicle fleet offers not only reduced vehicle emissions, but reduced running costs. We will investigate, introduce and manage a wide range of low carbon fleet solutions that will include your administration, strategy, policy design, and vehicles. Green Fleet Reviews will be provided to the client directly and will undertake the following:

To review, analyse and report on the current fleet strategy relating to low carbon fleet management.
To identify and report on the different groups within your fleet such as cars, light commercials, LGV and Grey fleet.
To identify and report on the CO2 footprint of your fleet and identify the CO2 savings that could be introduced and their resulting return on investment.
To give green fleet advice providing scheme design and grey fleet guidance including technologies and fuels most suitable to your operations.
To recommend and introduce management processes needed to optimise your fleet performance.
To recommend the technologies available which will provide the biggest improvements in the risk exposure, environmental footprint and cost base of the fleet.
Any other fleet issues as directed.

Full analysis of your fleet, its activities and policies.
A defined carbon footprint for your fleet – including cars, vans and grey fleet.
Suggested ways in which the organisation can reduce carbon emissions across the fleet types.
Analysis and reporting on all fleet strategies and policies, making recommendations on possible changes and scheme adjustments.
A series of recommendations designed to reduce carbon and tailpipe emissions and deliver bottom line savings to the organisation.
Identification of the quantified carbon, fuel and financial savings gained from recommendations.
A written report and the mechanisms to replicate the results enabling the measurement of progress in the future.

The review period depends entirely on the size and complexity of the fleet. A brief initial discussion will establish the likely time involved, which can vary from half a day to one week in most cases.
