The Risk Assessment module includes:
- Driver risk.
- Journey risk.
- Vehicle risk.
- Vehicle maintenance.
- Driving comfortably.
- Driver behaviour questionnaire.
The subsequent User Action Report will identify a driver’s weaker areas and will ask them to commit to improve such areas in the future. For example, within the User Action Report, driver’s will be given appropriate ‘Best Practice Feedback’. They will have the opportunity to commit to take on board and implement such feedback to questions like “When your vehicle is loaded to its maximum capacity, how would you vary your driving whilst braking or cornering?”.
Having completed the risk assessment, depending on risk, drivers can then continue to the e-learning modules or be put forward for practical on-road training.
These online assessments only take about 10 minutes to complete. For those without internet access, Cardinus provide a hard copy format, to be transferred onto the online system in order to gain the full benefit of Management Information.
