This sustained process is for those who have a requirement for the implementation of a Fleet Risk Management programme, with continued monitoring, and reviewing of your drivers on an ongoing basis.

Cardinus Fleet will manage the whole process on your behalf, with only minimal client input, allowing you to concentrate on your core business. Cardinus keep you informed, in an agreed format and frequency of any matters that require your attention.

This is facilitated by our administration of your management information. We report on all the relevant key areas, enabling you to be reactive to any relevant issues.

Conduct our suitable and sufficient risk assessment
Follow through the resulting programme of relevant control measures
Manage the monitor and review programme for you

Cardinus Fleet will manage the movement of your drivers throughout their risk management programme ensuring that the following elements are initiated / completed: -

Risk assessments.
Appropriate training such as E-learning and / or practical driver training.
Joiners participate in the programme.
Leavers are archived.
Provision of management information.
Attendance at management review meetings.
Provision of Fleetsafe, an online Policy template with personal advice to keep you compliant with the latest legislation.
Provision of technical updates.
Ongoing Risk Management consultancy and H&S advice, plus future initiatives.
The following optional services would all be proactively maintained and reported on, should they also be selected:
- Licence checks and re-checks are undertaken as appropriate.
- Business Insurance and MOT records of non-company car drivers are checked and maintained.
- Where concerns are raised about a driver with regard to licence, insurance, MOT, crashes etc that the company contact is kept informed.
- Accident records are monitored and appropriate remedial action undertaken.

This is an ongoing process, and following the Health & Safety legislation, should be continued while you have employees driving on business.
