- Development of a process for setting and measuring health and safety objectives.
- Developing a communication strategy.
- Embedding a risk assessment process to establish and maintain appropriate controls.

- Setting performance measures including both leading & lag indicators.
- Establishing an audit process to ensure that the system continues to be appropriate for the business.
The project would be scoped out in association with the client and the duration of the project and its stages would be agreed.
