PACE Management Information System

PACE is a unique application which provides centralised management and reporting for your risk management activities. Its strength in depth is the level of reporting available either directly to you or through our management on your behalf.

With simple online access, PACE enables you to monitor your drivers Risk Management activities from anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day. It also allows you to log communications and attachments sent to your drivers, and even allows the creation of time limited Driver Permits, linked to all the Risk Assessment, training and checking of your drivers.

PACE enables your risk management activities to be monitored and analysed from any PC with a suitable browser and internet connection.
PACE offers regular reporting, ensuring that the Risk Assessment programme is kept on track.
Should it be required, a full audit trail is available in the event of an investigation by the HSE or police.

Helps you keep track 24/7 of which driver has completed what, when and how well.
Provides complete training and risk assessment records including practical training and licence checking with a quick selection facility for Course, Department and Location.
Risk scoring enables outstanding issues to be automatically prioritised.
Allows tracking of tasks and control measures.
Facilitates automated emailing for inviting and prompting users to complete their risk management programme.
Provides a suite of reports (including users who have not completed all or some parts), with charting and sophisticated statistical reporting.
Facilitates personal contact with the driver via email - with both manual and automated email functionality, PACE enables notifications and reminders to be sent out and allows follow up Risk Assessments.
Creates a documented record of all emails sent to individual driver.
Licence Check records may be linked and indexed with other important fleet information, such as risk assessment and training outcomes, to provide data visibility on-line, 24 hours a day.
Secure access by password protected logins available on a hierarchical basis if required.
