Option 1 – Full service end-to-end solution

Full authoring by Cardinus surveyors for a comprehensive, expert-led Building Safety Case (BSC) live and dynamic report solution with £10 million PI cover attached.

End-to-end safety case support

From initial data gathering to final submission to the Building Safety Regulator, our service covers every stage of the BSC process. Whether delivered by Cardinus surveyors or our technical partner, POA, we provide full support with GAP documentation and BSC authoring.

Golden Thread integration

INDIGO automatically links and securely stores all relevant GAP documentation as part of your Golden Thread, capturing decisions, data points and evidence to maintain a continuous, traceable safety narrative. We’ve also established API integrations with leading third-party platforms (e.g. Dwellant, Datastation and others), enabling seamless transfer of actions and FRA/H&S risk improvement data directly into INDIGO.

Expert-led BSC report authoring

Following GAP analysis, our qualified assessors can support you in authoring your BSC report directly within the INDIGO platform. This ensures your report is accessible, fully aligned with the latest regulatory standards under the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA-22) and ready for submission.

GAP analysis (delivered by POA)

If any GAP documents are missing, Cardinus can assist directly or via our technical partner to produce the required documentation. All completed documents are uploaded into INDIGO as attachments and evidence, ensuring a complete and auditable BSC. Any attachments are fully viewable within the final report.

Option 2 – Cost-effective compliance toolkit

Validation service

We offer a comprehensive validation service through our technical partner. This includes an eight-hour expert review of your BSC, with formal feedback on recommended improvements or additions
prior to submission to the Building Safety Regulator (BSR). The service is backed by £5 million in professional indemnity (PI) cover, providing added assurance and accountability.
