Next steps to compliance

The initial Type 1 fire risk assessment, along with any advisories, concerns, or suspicions, will be escalated to specialists who will then carry out a full intrusive façade report, or Type 4 fire risk assessment. From there, a sequence of activity will follow, which can be viewed in more detail here. This includes cost estimates and action plans, resident engagement, design, specification and compliance documentation, tendering, Clerks of Works services, and more.
