Thirty years ago today, Cardinus Risk Management started life as a small team with big ambitions. Since then, we’ve grown into a successful global business that’s trusted by some of the world’s biggest brands to deliver tailored risk management solutions.

As we mark this milestone, it’s the perfect time to reflect on our past, look ahead to our future and celebrate the incredible people who have helped us become what we are today.

We began our journey in 1995 as pioneers in computer-based training, developing courses that were accessed through floppy disks and CDs. The technology might have changed a lot since then, but our dedication to providing innovative and industry-leading products has remained the same.

During our decades in business, our work has been honoured with prestigious industry awards and our ongoing commitment to excellence is reflected in our customer satisfaction score of 94%. We lead the way in finding new solutions that help our clients manage risk more effectively, from our Healthy Working platform to the development of Indigo and our property and insurance software. More than five million people around the world now use our programs and we have a customer retention rate of 97%.

As a member of the Amwins family, we’ve enjoyed strong financial growth and delivered real value for our shareholders. And thanks to strategic investments and a focus on efficiency, we’ve stayed resilient and ready for whatever comes next.

Despite our achievements, we never stand still. Our latest innovations – such as building safety case reports and motion capture technology for manual handling – show we’re always looking for new ways to deliver more for our clients.

None of this would be possible without the hard work and creativity of our people, who have always been at the heart of everything we do. From just a handful of colleagues in 1995, we’ve grown into a team of 85  and many of those who joined us as juniors are now leading the way in senior roles. Watching our team members grow and succeed is one of our proudest achievements.

As we celebrate our 30^th anniversary, we’re incredibly grateful for all our amazing clients and colleagues who have shared this journey with us. Everything we’ve achieved is down to the passion and commitment of the Cardinus team.
