Cardinus Risk Management is pleased to announce the appointment of Carly Hall CMIOSH as its new Associate Director, Global Health & Safety, effective 1st September 2026.

Carly Hall joins Cardinus with extensive senior leadership experience in health and safety, gained across both corporate and facilities management sectors. Her career includes key roles at leading organisations such as Slaughter and May, Linklaters and CloudFM, where she has delivered strategic health and safety leadership at the highest levels.

Andy Hawkes, CEO of Cardinus Risk Management, commented:  “We are delighted to welcome Carly to Cardinus at such an important time for our business. She brings exceptional leadership capability, a strong track record of influencing senior leadership teams, and a passion for embedding health and safety into strategic decision-making. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Peter Kinselley for his outstanding contribution over the past nine years. We wish him a long and happy retirement.”

Carly succeeds Peter Kinselley, who retires after leading the H&S consultancy division for nine years, during which time he played a pivotal role in the growth and success of Cardinus’ consultancy services.

Commenting on her appointment, Carly Hall said:  “I am excited to join the team and build on the strong foundations established by Peter, supporting continued growth and delivering exceptional value to our clients globally.”

Jayde Kelly, UK Divisional Director, added:  “Carly’s appointment reflects our ongoing ambition to strengthen and expand our global consultancy offering. Her expertise in ISO 45001-certified management systems, governance frameworks and organisational transformation will further enhance our ability to support clients in building resilient, compliant and forward-thinking safety cultures.”

In addition to her health and safety expertise, Carly has led successful wellbeing and behavioural change programmes, improving employee engagement and embedding safety-focused cultures across organisations.
