Say a huge hello to our new Associate Director for Customer Services in North America, Robin Cyr. We’re overjoyed to have someone as experienced in, and passionate about, ergonomics as Robin is, and we know that, with her understanding of what our customers are facing, Robin will be able to help implement the correct changes needed to transform the lives of many employees across the US.
Throughout her 20 years of experience working for contractors to the United States Department of Energy she found ergonomics to be her passion and talks with real thirst about the subject.
“Ergonomics is about so much more than just a workstation, chair, keyboard and mouse! I especially love helping my customers understand that discomfort has as much to do with their unique work behaviors in context of posture, position, and frequency of breaks as it does with their actual furniture and workstation equipment. I strive to help my customers “listen” to their bodies as they work and to recognize which repetitive activities contribute to discomfort. The ‘aha-moments’ when someone experiences immediate relief with sometimes quite simple changes to their posture, work position or equipment are the daily rewards of my job”
Talking about why she’s so excited to join Cardinus she says, “the entire Cardinus team ‘walks the talk.’” And continues, “working with integrity, respect, and focus on providing excellent customer service—internally and externally—are core company values. They are global leaders in providing computer software risk assessments and e-learning programs on a large number of topics.
