Lisa brings a wealth of experience in health and safety leadership, with a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions that enhance workplace safety and employee well-being. Her strategic approach to integrating advanced technologies such as 3D motion capture and AIdriven ergonomic assessments can help organizations achieve significant improvements in safety outcomes and operational efficiency. Lisa’s ability to align health and safety initiatives with broader business goals ensures that organizations not only protect their employees while driving long term success. Lisa is a Nationally Certified Occupational Therapist, Ergonomist, and Certified Occupational Health Practitioner. She holds a Master of Science in Law, Technology & Entrepreneurship from Northwestern and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from University of Illinois.

Jon Abbott, Director, Cardinus

Jon Abbott is a Director at Cardinus Risk Management Limited. He has more than 15 years of experience in ergonomics, safety, and occupational health. Over that period, he has worked with a wide variety of organizations in the private and public sectors by providing a full range of risk management solutions including software, e-learning, and consultancy. Jon was instrumental in setting up Cardinus operations in America and Holland and is currently responsible for the global strategy at Cardinus. Jon is passionate about the health and well-being of young people, and he is actively working to protect the workforce of the future. Elyssa Wasserberg DC, CEES, Senior Executive, Cardinus

Elyssa Wasserberg, DC, CEES has her Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic. She began her career in patient care but with a strong interest in ergonomics. As such, she practiced chiropractic and provided back safety and ergonomics courses to her patient base. Later, she left practice and excelled as an expert ergonomist facilitating individual and group ergonomic consultations and training. Antonio Vasquez, Senior Executive, Cardinus

Antonio Vasquez, has his Master of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership and is a certified FourSight Advanced Trainer, which enables him to apply creative and strategic thinking to complex and dynamic challenges. Antonio leverages his previous risk management experience in the financial services industry, where he worked with some of the world’s largest organizations.
